I greatly appreciated your professionalism, and obvious passion and commitment to obtaining a sale for the owner. To be quite frank, if I were selling a home you would most definitely be at the top of my list when it came to choosing an agent. It is a shame that the property did not fit with what I am looking for because if it had then I know you would have sold it to me. Furthermore, I am certain that the buying process would be an exceptionally smooth one with you handling the details. 

Thank you again for your time, it was a genuine pleasure meeting you, and thank you also for the invaluable advice you provided me with. It is already proving to be enormously helpful with my search for the right property.
